We make regular visits to your property, giving it a lived in appearance, and maintaining your home both inside and out.

The Basics
We regularly check for leaks and exterior damage.  We pick up your newspaper and mail, open & close blinds and drapes, check your basement and test all water fixtures.  We ensure that your heating and air conditioning systems are operational and we also check for insects and rodents.

Extra Services
Some of our customers have additional special needs.  We also provide pet care services and provide interior and exterior plant care.

Have a Pool?  We'll be sure to turn the filter on and off for you.  Have extra vehicles parked while your away? We can start and/or drive your vehicles to keep them running.  We provide snow removal services in the winter and lawn care services in the summer.  We'll even purchase groceries for you, so you'll be fully stocked upon your return.
